Description: CodeNate is one of the most promising active effect creators at the moment. I don't think I've uploaded any levels by him before, which is surprising. Hypercharged Rhythm was something I beat and record, but it seems like I didn't upload it for some reason. You may have seen it on some other showcase channels. It's a very good level. I don't think this reaches the same heights, but it's a very good level nonetheless. It already got Featured 8 Stars, and that's fair. The visuals are very good from start to finish. There's a lot of cool designs, backgrounds, and effects to be seen here, and many of them use pleasant color combinations. It does feel a little unbalanced at times, though. Some parts use a lot more glow or just more detail in general. This is apparent by comparing the custom backgrounds, for example. Even though the last parts feature a bossfight, they don't really feel much like a climax to the level. The boss design and its attacks would probably have to be better, as well as more detail and effects around in general. 0:24 to 0:45 is probably my favorite stretch of the level. In terms of gameplay, this is about what I was expecting. I saw that it was requested for 8 Stars, so I figured it'd have some slightly trickier parts. The hardest part for me was probably just knowing the transitions, such as at 0:47 and 0:57. When you first play the boss, the attacks may seem a bit difficult to dodge, but there's indicators that make it free. More intuitive gameplay and less indicators would be more fun.
